Youth Leadership Conference

12th Annual NOBLE Youth Leadership Conference “The Emerging Leader in You” August 4-7, 2013 David L. Lawrence Convention Center To date, the NOBLE youth conferences have hosted over 1,450 youths from across the country and the world. For the past 12 years, NOBLE has introduced youth to ways to prepare themselves for leadership careers in law enforcement, while recognizing that the same criteria will prepare youth for success in other occupations. It also introduces youth participants to various law enforcement careers as well as improves community relations between law enforcement and youth. The program exposes youth to the many issues faced by law enforcement in combating crime and promoting public safety. One of the key aspects of the NOBLE Youth Leadership Conference is that there is no registration fee associated with the participation of the youth attendees. The youth conference attendees will include 250 young people from the Pittsburgh area.
